Eureka Pinkney is a seasoned administrative executive who began her career in 1998 as an administrative professional with the State of Texas, where she quickly advanced through the ranks, earning a reputation for unwavering customer service, strong work ethic, and servant leadership.
In 2018, Eureka stepped out on faith and founded SuiteMate Staffing Solutions to create a meaningful impact in the workforce and the communities served by the company. Her mission was clear: to provide jobs, career growth, and economic mobility for professionals across a variety of industries.
The name SuiteMate reflects the company’s core commitment to partnership, accountability, and delivering results.
Eureka received her education from The University of North Texas at Dallas and is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Scholar (2021). She is SHRM-certified, reinforcing her expertise in human resources management, compliance, and operations.
Today, Eureka leads a team of dedicated professionals, driving innovation in recruitment, operations, and business strategy. Under her leadership, SuiteMate Staffing Solutions has experienced significant growth, expanding across multiple states and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
Her leadership and commitment to workforce excellence have resulted in long-term partnerships and a proven track record of delivering high-performing talent for clients.
In her spare time, Eureka enjoys attending worship service, traveling, live music, and reading self-improvement literature.
