After nearly 20 years working for the State of Texas, winning numerous service excellence awards, and serving on various boards and councils, she recognized that it was time to water the seed that had been planted – to branch out and work for the community with a relentless dedication to providing excellent service to her business partners, associates, and clients.

Meet Our Team
Eureka Pinkney – Founder & CEO
Eureka is a seasoned administrative executive who began her career as an administrative professional with the state of Texas in 1998, where she worked her way up the ranks and built a reputation of having a strong work ethic, personal brand, as well as unwavering customer service and demonstrating servant leadership. In 2018, Eureka stepped out on faith and founded SuiteMate Staffing Solutions to do something bigger than herself, to positively impact the communities we live and serve in by creating jobs and helping individuals find meaningful and gainful employment across a variety of occupational disciplines.
The name “SuiteMate” attests to the accountability and dedication the agency has to its stakeholders as their partner in business success!
Eureka received her education in business from The University of North Texas at Dallas. She is also a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Scholar, completing the program in 2021. She holds a Human Resource Certification from The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) to further illustrate her dedication to human resource management and operations.
Today, Eureka leads a team of dedicated professionals who go above and beyond to ensure only the highest level of service is delivered to SuiteMate’s business partners. She directs operations, revenue strategy, and business development for the agency.
Under Eureka’s leadership, SuiteMate Staffing Solutions has grown significantly, capitalizing on the rapid economic growth in Texas and surrounding states and the increased need for qualified talent and resources to support that growth.
Eureka’s leadership, experience, and strong commitment to the company’s success continue to have a direct impact on the consistency and quality of work SuiteMate Staffing Solutions has produced over the years they have been in business.
In her spare time Eureka enjoys travel, live music, dining out, and reading self-improvement literature.
